Common faults and handling measures of bag packaging machines

Fault 1: When the bag packaging machine is working, the film material is prone to deviation and cannot be delivered normally. How should we adjust in this situation? A manufacturer's technical personnel have stated that if there is a deviation of the film material in the equipment, and the position of the film roll and the tension balance bar are adjusted to be ineffective, this problem can be solved by adjusting the angle of the upper triangular plate. In addition, if the upper film material deviates from the clamping chain, the upper triangular plate can be adjusted clockwise; The lower film material deviates from the clamping chain, and the upper triangular plate can be adjusted counterclockwise.

Fault 2: The shrinking machine heats up slowly or cannot reach a higher temperature. What is the reason for this situation? It is reported that the circuit of the heater is led by the main power line passing through a magnetic switch and then to the electric heating tube. Therefore, when encountering situations where the contraction machine is heating slowly or cannot rise to a higher temperature, it is necessary to first check whether the contacts of the magnetic switch are normal. Generally speaking, if the line does not pass through one of the phases, the above phenomenon will occur; If the magnetic switch is normal, you can check the meter again to see if the ohmic values of each phase are the same as those of the machine; If all phases are connected but the circuit or electric heating tube is still abnormal, the heater needs to be replaced.

Fault three: The vacuum degree of the packaged product is low. The vacuum degree of the product mainly depends on the vacuum pump. When such problems occur, users should check whether the vacuum pump oil is contaminated. If it is contaminated, the vacuum pump oil needs to be replaced.

Fault 4: Uneven or unsealed sealing. The cause of this malfunction is related to whether the heating time is adjusted properly and whether there are impurities on the heating isolation cloth. Users need to adjust the heating time and temperature properly. If there is any attachment on the heating isolation cloth, it should be cleaned and replaced in a timely manner to prevent affecting normal operation.
